Regional Representative Council

The Indonesia Regional Representative Council (Dewan Perwakilan Daerah) is the upper chamber of the country's bicameral People's Consultative Assembly. It has 132 non-partisan members directly elected in multi-seat constituencies - 4 each from the 33 electoral districts by proportional representation vote to serve 5-year terms.
