The House of Assembly is the lower house of the bicameral Parliament (Libandla) with 73 seats. 59 members are directly elected in single-seat constituencies or tinkhundla by absolute majority vote in 2 rounds if needed, 10 members appointed by the monarch, and 4 women elected by the members if representation of elected women is less than 30%; members serve 5-year terms.
